Access into the Members’ Area of the website is restricted to current club members only.

If you are an existing member the username and password will already have been set up for you (see below). The details for new members will be set up shortly and it is advisable that the webmaster is contacted for more information via the Contact Page.

The username and password for the website are setup according to the membership details.

The username is made up of the first 4 letters of the surname, in lower case, followed by the membership number (numerals only). The membership number can be found on the membership card or via the Membership Secretary - Contact Page.

The password is made up of your postcode, all in lower case, with no spaces.

For example: If Mr Anonymous has a membership number of 151 and his address postcode is BN22 7AA then his username would be anon151 and the password would be bn227aa.
